Right before this “historical ice storm” we had a total house clog. We called 3 other places and no one would even come look until Monday. We called R&K plumbing, they answered immediately (no AI or messenger service). They were at our house within 30 minutes and had the issues resolved 30 minutes later! He is confident but not over confident and down to earth. You can tell he knows what he's talking about and not just talking big game. They didn't mind answering all my questions... even the dumb ones. Their communication is excellent! And to top all of that... they cleaned up the job and work area properly.
